Chukis are essentially cornhole bags, but fancy. They are a modern version of sandbags, in a way. It really just comes down to personal preference in the end! The primary difference between cornhole bags and traditional sandbags lies in their filler material, which affects consistency and weather resistance. Filling • Cornhole Bags (Resin/Pellet) are filled with plastic resin or premium synthetic pellets. These do not break down, therefore don't create dust, and maintain a consistent weight and shape over time. • Traditional Sandbags (Sand/Corn) are traditionally filled with actual corn kernels or sand. Over time, these materials can and eventually will break down. Weather Resistance and Maintenance • Resin filled Bags: Weather-resistant filling and can be played in any condition, including rain. • Sand/Corn Bags: Can be prone to mould if they get wet and are not dried thoroughly, in the case of corn, they must be stored carefully to avoid attracting mice! Feel and sound • Cornhole bags are flexible and soft in hand, and make a little shaker-like sound when rattled and thrown. • Sandbags are generally heavier, yet pliable. Chukis are made to match the beautiful colours of Stapelstein Stepping stones, an absolute love of mine and my children. I will be creating and matching as many colours and special editions inspired by the stones, including pastels, confetti and beyond. I'm going to be strictly sticking to this very specific niche and obsession!

Just so we're on the same page, here's how returns work with us: Change of mind policy Since I'm a small handmade business, I don't do refunds, exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind, pick the wrong colour, or decide you don't need them anymore. Please make sure you're super happy with your choice before checking out! Faulty items (your rights under Australian Consumer Law) All of my products come with the automatic guarantees under Australian Consumer Law – they must be of acceptable quality, match what we described, and be fit for playing. • If there's a major fault (e.g. the bags are unsafe, totally fall apart way too soon, or are nothing like what we showed/described), you get to choose a refund, replacement or repair. • For smaller issues that can be fixed easily, we'll sort out a free repair (or replacement/refund if we can't fix it reasonably). If something's not right, just drop me a message (within 14 days of receiving your order) [your email/phone] as soon as you spot the problem, send a photo or two, and include your order details/receipt. We'll chat about the best way forward - usually we'll ask you to pop them back to us (you cover postage for smaller stuff like our bags, but we'll reimburse reasonable costs if it's confirmed faulty). We'll get it sorted quickly and fairly. Handmade means there might be natural differences between bags (little variations in stitching etc.) - that's part of the charm and not considered a fault unless it really affects how they play or hold up.
